SRM technology partnership

Terrazzo dates to 15th-century Venice, where construction workers took the marble scraps left over from other jobs — too valuable to throw away —set them in clay, and polished the surface until it held a shine. What started as frugal craftsmanship became a technique valued for outlasting almost anything else you could put on a floor.
That's the discipline this firm is named for: a company's suppliers, contracts, and vendor relationships are exactly that — fragments that, handled with real craft, become something durable and load-bearing.

You stop negotiating high-stakes contracts one category at a time without leverage — and start seeing total cost across every tower of spend, not just the sticker price.

Real-time visibility into supplier health, risk signals, and performance trends through an AI-powered supplier relationship management platform — so problems surface while there's still time to act, not after they've become a crisis.

Trust runs three ways: internal stakeholders buy in before you need them to; a team that keeps working the new way after you leave; and suppliers who — backed by real SRM visibility — bring their best ideas first, not just their invoice. m

Almost three decades of global procurement leadership across specialty pharma, biotech, and medical device manufacturing, including Mallinckrodt Pharmaceuticals, Ferring Pharmaceuticals, DSM, BD, and Pfizer. Built strategic sourcing functions from inception, with direct leadership spanning every one of the six towers Terrazzo covers today: preclinical lab sourcing through CDMO/CRO selection and negotiation for Phase I-III programs; the commercial agencies and media that bring a product to market; hub and patient services; medical affairs; the IT and corporate functions behind the scenes; and, at DSM, the Procure-to-Pay digitization, sourcing optimization, and operational-excellence work that became the enterprise standard across 25 sites.
At Mallinckrodt, that caliber of cross-functional partnership was formally recognized by the company's Chief Commercial Officer. At Ferring, that reach extended into the U.S. research side itself, restructuring lab-supply agreements to create real efficiencies for the scientific team and carried all the way to the other end of the product lifecycle with post-approval pharmacovigilance support.
